Berth Occupier definition

Berth Occupier means the person or entity named in the Berth Rental Agreement.
Berth Occupier means the person or entity named in the Berth Rental Agreement. “Commencement Date” means the date specified in the Berth Rental Agreement.

  • During the Term there will be other activities whether or not associated with Marina Management occurring in and around the Marina including, but not limited to, the moving of boats, onshore entertainment and partying and the Berth Occupier shall have no claim against Marina Management and Marina Management shall have no liability in relation to the same notwithstanding that the activities may interfere with the Berth Occupier’s use, occupation and quiet enjoyment of the Berth.

  • The Berth Occupier will beconsidered as having been properly notified of these matters when notice is given in this manner.

  • Upon termination of this Licence (for whatever reason) or upon the expiry of the Term, the Berth Occupier will immediately pay all Berthage Fees, Holding Over Fees, Container Fees, the Bond (if any), or other amounts owed by the Berth Occupier to Marina Management (including service charges and outgoings) and promptly remove the Vessel and any Container (and all the goods and effects of the Berth Occupier) from the Marina.
