Better Governance Action Plan definition

Better Governance Action Plan means a stand-alone chapter of the Project Manual designed to integrate the contents of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines and to give effect thereto, and giving details of a program of actions, measures and policies designed to reduce or eliminate fraud and corruption in all its forms under the Project, including enhanced information disclosure provisions, civil society oversight provisions, mitigation measures to deal with the risks associated with collusion, forgery and fraud, a complaint handling mechanism, and an appropriate regime of sanctions and remedies, and included as applicable in each Sub-project Agreement.
