Examples of Members of the Syndicate in a sentence
In case the total uploading charges/processing fees payable exceeds ₹ 3 million, then the amount payable to members of the Syndicate, RTAs, CDPs, would be proportionately distributed based on the number of valid applications such that the total uploading charges / processing fees payable does not exceed ₹ 3 million.
Each of the members of the Syndicate shall be responsible for the activities carried out by its respective Affiliates in relation to the Offer and for its obligations hereunder.
Neither this Agreement nor the receipt by the members of the Syndicate or their respective Groups of confidential information or any other matter shall give rise to any fiduciary, equitable or contractual duties (including any duty of trust or confidence) that would prevent or restrict such member of the Syndicate or its Group from acting on behalf of other customers or for their own accounts or in any other capacity.
The Parties agree that entering into this Agreement shall not create or be deemed to create any obligation, agreement or commitment, whether express or implied, on the members of the Syndicate or any of their Affiliates to enter into any underwriting agreement in connection with the Offer or to provide any financing or underwriting to the Company, the Selling Shareholders or any of their respective Affiliates.
The members of the Syndicate shall be responsible for the payment of fees and commission to their respective Sub-Syndicate Members.
