Bid Respondent definition

Bid Respondent means the entity submitting a proposal in response to this RFP.

  • Further, the Plan is in no way obligated to award a Collection Services Contract to the Bid Respondent or Bid Respondents with the lowest Fee Proposal.

  • Any contractual arrangement between a Bid Respondent and the Plan will require the parties entering into a definitive Servicing Carrier Contract covering all materials terms of that arrangement which may be different from materials provided in this RFP.

  • Those materials are included to provide the Bid Respondent with further information concerning the duties and responsibilities of a Servicing Carrier to be taken into account in preparing its Cost Proposal.
