Reply definition

Reply means a document containing a utility’s reaction to any protest or response to the utility’s advice letter.
Reply or “Reply to a Notification” means a written record in response to a Notification that is received by the Tribunal.
Reply has the meaning as specified in § 31.3(b)(v) (Commencement);

Examples of Reply in a sentence

  • If the Appellee shall fail to deliver the Memorandum in Opposition as required above, or if the Appellant shall fail to deliver the Reply Memorandum as required above, then the Appellee or the Appellant, as the case may be, shall lose its right to so deliver the same, and the Appeal shall proceed regardless.
