Bid Review Committee definition

Bid Review Committee means the committee established under Section 17 of this bylaw;
Bid Review Committee means the committee established pursuant to Section 20 of

Examples of Bid Review Committee in a sentence

  • The decision of the Bid Review Committee as to whether a substitute or alternate is indeed “equal to” shall be final.

  • A Representative from the NJPA Bid Review Committee will then read the Bidder’s names aloud.

  • If required, samples will be returned after inspection by the Bid Review Committee.

More Definitions of Bid Review Committee

Bid Review Committee means the committee established under Section 15 of this bylaw;
Bid Review Committee means the committee established pursuant to Section 21 of this By- law;
