Bidder Declaration definition

Bidder Declaration means the declaration completed by a Bidder seeking to claim the DVBE incentive.
Bidder Declaration means the declaration completed by Bidder in order to claim the DVBE incentive.

  • If no DVBE incentive is offered, or Bidder does not wish to claim the DVBE incentive, Bidder should not complete the Bidder Declaration.

Related to Bidder Declaration

  • Supplemental Declaration means any Declaration amending or supplementing this Declaration, which is adopted in accordance with Section 8.

  • Bid Declaration Form means a declaration by the Bidders in form as specified in Annexure III of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;
