Bidder Parties definition

Bidder Parties means the Bidder and its current and former officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, contractors, assignees, invitees, Subcontractors, and designees thereof.
Bidder Parties means a Bidder’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principle officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Bidder is in privity of oral or written contract and the Bidder intends for such other person or entity to Perform under the Contract in any capacity.
Bidder Parties means the Bidders and the Purchaser, collectively, and a “Bidder Party” refers to any of them.

  • DOIT may, in its sole discretion, reject the Bid of any Bidder if at the time of Bid submittal the Bidder or Bidder Parties is in breach of any of the applicable representations and warranties listed in the Representations and Warranties section of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Purchaser Parties means, collectively, the Purchasers and any of their respective former, current or future directors, officers, employees, agents, general or limited partners, managers, members, stockholders, Affiliates or assignees or any former, current or future director, officer, employee, agent, general or limited partner, manager, member, stockholder, Affiliate or assignee of any of the foregoing.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Backstop Parties means those parties that agree to backstop the Rights Offering pursuant to the Backstop Commitment Letter, each in its respective capacity as such.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • Warrantors means the Founders, the Founder Holdcos and the Group Companies.

A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Applicable Parties has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(c).

  • Notice Parties means those Persons who are required to receive notice of filings made with the CPUC pursuant to A. 00-00-000.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • BIDDER/Seller which expression shall mean and include, unless the context otherwise requires, his successors and permitted assigns) of the second part.

  • Covenantors means the Group Companies, the Founder and the Founder Holding Company, and a “Covenantor” means any of the Covenantors.

  • Buyer Representatives means the Buyer's accountants, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors and other authorized representatives.
