Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
Due Date The day of the month on which the Monthly Payment is due on a Mortgage Loan, exclusive of any days of grace.
Payment Due Date means the date by which the Date of Payment must occur, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 504.3 through 504.5 of this Exhibit, in order for NYSERDA not to be liable for interest pursuant to Section 504.6.
Premium Due Date means date specified in the Schedule on which the Instalment Premium will become due.
Proposal Due Date means the date and time specified in the Proposal Invitation, or any addenda thereto, by which Vendors are required to submit Proposals for this Proposal Invitation.
Installment Due Date means, for any monthly installment of interest-only or principal and interest, the date on which such monthly installment is due and payable pursuant to Section 3 of this Note.
Balance Due Date means the date shown below in Section 2.4(6) as the date when the Mortgage matures. On this date the Mortgage must be repaid or renewed.
Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.
Quarterly Payment Date means the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December.
Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.
Month means calendar month.
Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.
Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.
Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate means, as of any Reset Dividend Determination Date, as applicable, (i) an interest rate (expressed as a decimal) determined to be the per annum rate equal to the weekly average yield to maturity for U.S. Treasury securities with a maturity of five years from the next Reset Date and trading in the public securities markets or (ii) if there is no such published U.S. Treasury security with a maturity of five years from the next Reset Date and trading in the public securities markets, then the rate will be determined by interpolation between the most recent weekly average yield to maturity for two series of U.S. Treasury securities trading in the public securities market, (A) one maturing as close as possible to, but earlier than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Dividend Determination Date, and (B) the other maturity as close as possible to, but later than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Dividend Determination Date, in each case as published in the most recent H.15 (519). If the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the methods described in clause (i) or (ii) above, then the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate will be the same interest rate determined for the prior Reset Dividend Determination Date.
Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.
Compounded Daily XXXXX means the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Sterling overnight reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Interest Determination Agent as at the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 being rounded upwards: where:
Quarterly Commencement Date means the 20th day of each of March, June, September and December in each year.
Applicable Anniversary of the Commencement Date means the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date.
Desired Due Date means the desired service activation date as requested by CLEC on a service order.
Calendar Month means any of the twelve (12) months of the Calendar Year.
Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).
Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;
Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).
Invoice Due Date means, with respect to a Quarterly Payment Cycle, the tenth (10th) day of the month immediately succeeding Energization or the month immediately succeeding the conclusion of a Quarterly Period contained within such Quarterly Payment Cycle, consistent with Section 3.4.
Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarially equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or qualified joint and survivor annuity) to which the Member would be entitled under the terms of the plan assuming:
Budget month means the calendar month from which nonfinancial and financial information is used to determine eligibility (see section (28) of this rule) and benefit level for the payment month (see section (50) of this rule).
