Big Rivers definition

Big Rivers. As defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
Big Rivers. Performance Responsibility. Notwithstanding anything in Section 8 of this Agreement, entitled "Phase I Subcontract," to the contrary, throughout the Phase I Subcontract Term, Big Rivers shall continue to be primarily responsible to Xxxxxxxxx for the full performance of all obligations and covenants made under the Station Two Contracts in accordance with the respective terms thereof, and for any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, actions, damages, losses or other sums that are claimed by or otherwise due to Xxxxxxxxx arising out of or resulting from any breach or default by Big Rivers in its performance of covenants and obligations under the Station Two Contracts. The LG&E Companies, with respect to their respective performance obligations under this Section 8, have agreed to indemnify and save harmless Big Rivers in the manner set forth in Section 10.15(a) of this Agreement.
Big Rivers and “Kenergy” shall mean Big Rivers Electric Corporation and Kenergy Corp. as defined and identified in the first paragraph of this Request for Information.
