Bilateral Facilities definition

Bilateral Facilities means all existing bilateral facilities of the Borrower or its subsidiaries set out in the Disclosure Letters.
Bilateral Facilities means the bilateral facilities listed on Schedule 1.01.
Bilateral Facilities means those overdraft, guarantee, letter of credit and loan facilities provided by the Bilateral Banks as at the date of this Agreement, the amounts of which are listed in Part 4 of Schedule 1.

More Definitions of Bilateral Facilities

Bilateral Facilities means the debt finance facilities set out (as described as such) in Schedule 6, being senior borrowing facilities currently provided to the Group on a bilateral basis by the Bilateral Banks, and to be amended by, and subject to the terms of, the RCF Facility Agreement. Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or a Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in London.
Bilateral Facilities means any of the following facilities provided by an Original Lender (or their Affiliates) or any other lender: (a) an overdraft facility; (b) a guarantee, bonding, documentary or stand-by letter of credit facility; (c) a short term loan facility; or (d) credit cards (and each a “Bilateral Facility”). “Bilateral Facility Limit” means £30,000,000 “Borrower” means an Original Borrower or an Additional Borrower unless it has ceased to be a Borrower in accordance with Clause 26 (Changes to the Obligors).

  • Revolving Facilities means collectively the Initial Revolving Facility and each New Revolving Facility and “Revolving Facility” means any such facility individually.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A.   • Facility or Facilities means any tangible asset in the right-of-way required to provide utility service.

  • Local Facility Agreements means any agreement under which a Local Facility is made available.

  • Federal facility means any building or infrastructure used or to be used by the federal government,

  • Credit Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Senior Credit Facility) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced in whole or in part from time to time.

  • Total Facility A Commitments means the aggregate of the Facility A Commitments, being US$250,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Initial Revolving Facility means the Initial Revolving Credit Commitments and the Initial Revolving Loans and other extensions of credit thereunder.

  • Senior Facilities means the Credit Agreement and any Additional Senior Debt Facilities.

  • Incremental Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Liquidity Facilities means, collectively, the Class A Liquidity Facility and the Class B Liquidity Facility.

  • Other Revolving Facility Commitments means Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments to make Other Revolving Loans.

  • Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to Section 2.21, to make Incremental Revolving Loans to the Borrower.
