Billing Expert definition

Billing Expert means a person who is an auditor qualified under Australian law and appointed under clause 14.
Billing Expert means a person who is an auditor qualified under Australian law and appointed under clause 8.5. if the Technology Change in respect of that Premises is in the planning phase at the time of the relevant cancellation or termination (as determined by nbn, acting reasonably), $750; if the Technology Change in respect of that Premises is in the design phase at the time of the relevant cancellation or termination (as determined by nbn, acting reasonably), $2,050; if the Technology Change in respect of that Premises is in the build phase at the time of the relevant cancellation or termination (as determined by nbn, acting reasonably), 85% of the Premises Amount; and if the Date of Practical Completion has occurred at the time of the relevant cancellation or termination, the Premises Amount less the total of all Revenue Credit Amounts attributable to that Premises (calculated as at the time of the relevant cancellation or termination).

  • If mutual agreement cannot be reached between the Parties on the selection of a Billing Expert within five (5) days of notifying the other Party of the basis for the Billing Dispute, the TRA will appoint a Billing Expert from the list of Billing Experts provided by each of the Parties to the Billing Dispute, or from a list that the TRA may draw up itself.

Such a person must be accredited or certified as being qualified by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers or be a registered professional engineer who has certification or licensing that includes education and experience in corrosion control of buried or submerged metal piping systems and metal tanks.

  • cost accountant means a cost accountant as defined in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;

  • Independent Financial Expert means a nationally recognized accounting, investment banking or consultant firm, which firm does not have a material financial interest or other material economic relationship with either the Company or any of its Affiliates or the Holder or any of its Affiliates that is, in the good faith judgment of the Board, qualified to perform the task for which it has been engaged.

  • Clinical experience means providing direct services to individuals with mental illness or the provision of direct geriatric services or special education services. Experience may include supervised internships, practicums, and field experience.

  • Professional experience means the actual and lawful pursuit of the profession concerned;

  • Professional surveyor means a person who, by reason of knowledge of law, mathematics, physical sciences, and techniques of measuring acquired by professional education and practical experience, is qualified to engage in the practice of professional surveying.

  • Subject Matter Expert means a person who has working or expert knowledge about a particular topic or field.

  • Neutral Accountant means a national independent accounting firm selected by Buyer and reasonably acceptable to Sellers.

  • Independent Accounting Firm means such nationally recognized, independent accounting firm as is mutually appointed by Seller and Purchaser for purposes of this Agreement.

  • CPA Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c).

  • Accounting Firm means a nationally recognized certified public accounting firm or other professional organization that is a certified public accounting firm recognized as an expert in determinations and calculations for purposes of Section 280G of the Code that is selected by the Company prior to a Change in Control for purposes of making the applicable determinations hereunder and is reasonably acceptable to Executive, which firm shall not, without Executive’s consent, be a firm serving as accountant or auditor for the individual, entity or group effecting the Change in Control.

  • Audit Firm means an audit firm as defined in point (3) of Article 2 of Directive 2006/43/EC;

  • Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer means a person holding registration as either a Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);

  • Advisory Firm means an accounting firm that is nationally recognized as being expert in Covered Tax matters, selected by the Corporation.
