Contractor shall review each Bin Service account and Drop Box/Compactor Service account at least once every other year.
Audits shall be scheduled in a manner that all accounts on a particular route are audited on the same day and twelve and one half percent (12.5%) of the Bin Service and Drop Box/Compactor Service routes are audited each quarter.
