Franchise Services definition

Franchise Services means such of the Passenger Services, the Light Maintenance Services, the Station Services and the Ancillary Services as the Franchisee may provide or operate from time to time, including any of such services as the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

Franchise Services means all of the rights, duties and obligations of the Franchisee hereunder.

Franchise Services means the temporary personnel and home health agency services described in Paragraph 1 (c) of the Franchise Agreement.

More Definitions of Franchise Services

Franchise Services shall have the meaning attributed thereto in the Franchise Agreement.
