Biological Vulnerabilities definition

Biological Vulnerabilities. – means any biological circumstance that may impact the normal processes and or potentials of a child’s growth and development. These may include, but are not limited to, a birth defect and or an early onset of some sort of disability because of a parents’ history of substance abuse, psychiatric disabilities, and/or health challenges.
