BlackBerry Service definition

BlackBerry Service means the Wireless Service which enables the Customer to send and receive e-mails using a BlackBerry Handheld and in addition to use the BlackBerry Voice Service and / or the BlackBerry Internet Solution.
BlackBerry Service means the services described in Clause 1.15 of this Schedule and in the Annex.

  • The BlackBerry Service is a “Mobile Service” and the Mobile Terms will apply to this Service.

  • The following terms and conditions apply to the BlackBerry Service under the ‘BlackBerry from O2’ and ‘BlackBerry from O2 with Mobile Extension 2001 voice service’ tariffs.

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

A personal computer can be found in various configurations such as laptops, net books, and desktops.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

A Personal Computer must support one of the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS, subsequent versions of any of these, and other operating system agreed in writing with Licensor.

  • energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;

  • related service means the services incidental to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation, insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology.   • Desktop computer means a computer where the main unit is intended to be located in a permanent location, often on a desk or on the floor. Desktops are not designed for portability and utilize an external computer display, keyboard, and mouse. Desktops are designed for a broad range of home and office applications.

  • Ambulance service means an entity, its personnel and equipment including, but not limited to, automobiles, airplanes, boats or helicopters, which are licensed to provide Emergency medical and Ambulance services in the state in which the services are rendered.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);
