BlackBerry Handheld. Means a Device the principle purpose of which is for use with the BlackBerry Service.
BlackBerry Handheld means a specific Device the principle purpose of the design of which is for use with the BlackBerry Service or any other Device on which theBlackBerry software is installed for the purpose of using the BlackBerry Service.
BlackBerry Handheld or “Handheld” means the proprietary wireless communications handheld device manufactured by Research in Motion Limited, incorporating a SIM card, to which Your Server forwards emails from Your corporate email server (for BES customers) and from which the user can access, read and respond to, or initiate emails, via the Internet and the Service, and by means of which the user can also send and receive SMS text messages.

  • Calls to Emergency Services are not processed through video chat features or MVS, and will only be processed from a BlackBerry Handheld Product where wireless cellular coverage is available from an Airtime Service Provider.

  • Any Third Party Software shipped on a BlackBerry Handheld is provided to You as a convenience by RIM, and if You wish to obtain the Third Party Software on other terms, You should acquire the Third Party Software directly from its suppliers.

  • Any updates or upgrades provided to You by RIM under this Agreement shall be considered BlackBerry Handheld Software, BlackBerry PC Software, BlackBerry Server Software, RIM Services or Third Party Software, as the case may be.

  • You may currently also install Paid Products stored in Your My World repository on up to five different Handheld Products with a compatible BlackBerry Handheld Software platform in any twelve month period following the date of purchase of the applicable Paid Product, but You cannot install any Product stored in Your My World repository on more than one Handheld Product at a time.

  • The BlackBerry Handheld Software may include software modules that allow users to extend certain of their existing desktop-based cryptography implementations (such as S/MIME Version 3.0 (or subsequent) or implementations based on the RFC 2440 standards, such as PGP) (each a "Desktop Cryptography Implementation") wirelessly to certain Handheld Products.

  • RIM may also provide You with items of BlackBerry Handheld Software that are specifically designed to enable You to access particular Third Party Services (e.g. My Space and MSN Messenger).

  • You may also require an account with the Third Party Service provider in order to use this BlackBerry Handheld Software with certain features of the Third Party Service, which account will be governed by the terms and conditions You agree to in relation to the Third Party Service.

BlackBerry Handheld means the wireless handheld messaging device, incorporating a SIM card, to which your Server forwards emails from your corporate email server if you are a BES Customer and from which the user can respond to, or initiate emails, via the Internet and the BlackBerry Service, and by means of which the user can also send and receive SMS text messages.

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Workstation means the area within a procedure area where a practitioner performs body art. The workstation includes, but is not limited to, the client chair or table, counter, mayo stand, instrument tray, storage drawer, and practitioner's chair.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.
