Block A Warrant definition

Block A Warrant means the irrevocable and unconditional right (subject to the terms hereof) to acquire a fully paid and nonassessable Warrant Share at a purchase price per share equal to the Block A Exercise Price (and any other right or warrant issued upon any exchange or transfer of any such Warrant or any adjustment relating thereto).
