Bluegreen Vacation Club means that certain vacation club operated by Bluegreen, which was initially filed pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 721 (The Florida Vacation Plan and Timesharing Act), and is identified in accordance with such registration as the Bluegreen Vacation Club.

Section 501.

  • Motel means a place of lodging that at any one time will

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
