Vacation Plan means any plan, practice, program or policy maintained by the Company with respect to employee vacations.

Vacation Plan or “vacation membership plan” means any time- share plan consisting exclusively of timeshare licenses or consisting of a combination of timeshare licenses and timeshare estates.
