Additional vacation pay based on industry experience shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Industry Vacation Plan.

An employee who completes his first year of Company Service Credit for a vacation with pay as set forth in this Vacation Plan shall have a vested right to that vacation with pay on the day he completes one (1) year of Company Service Credit.
These benefits currently include medical, dental and life insurance; Section 125 Flexible Spending Plan; 401(k) Retirement Plan; an Executive Vacation Plan, and a company leased vehicle or car allowance in an amount not greater than $ per month.
Vacation will be scheduled and taken during the work year in accordance with Article XVIII – Vacation Plan.
An employee with one or more years of Company Service Credit who is on the payroll of the Company on December 31st of the year prior to the calendar year in which he is entitled to a vacation with pay as set forth in this Vacation Plan shall have a vested right on that day to such vacation with pay for the following year.
