Board Agenda and Minutes. The District shall provide the President with one (1) copy of the Board meeting agenda at the time it is given to Board members. In addition, the District agrees to post a copy of the Board meeting agenda on the bulletin boards in the staff lounge at least two (2) working days prior to the Board meeting. Further, the District shall provide the President with one (1) copy of all Board meeting minutes within five (5) working days of completion of the minutes.
