Board Mandate definition

Board Mandate means the formal mandate adopted by the Board;
Board Mandate means the written mandate of the Board of Directors. “Broadridge” means Broadridge Investor Communications Solutions. “CDS” means CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc.
