Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.
Board of County Commissioners means the Board of County Commissioners, Orange County, Florida, or their duly authorized representative(s).
County Superintendent means the Executive County Superintendent of Schools designated by the Department of Education for this school district.
Governing board means the Fund's Board of Directors if the Fund is a corporation or the Fund's Board of Trustees if the Fund is a trust, or, where duly authorized, a competent committee thereof.
Board of Commissioners means a county board of commissioners.
Head of Council means the Mayor.
Local board of health means a county, city, or district board of health.
Member of Council – means the Mayor and Members of Council, except where the Mayor acts as the Chief Executive Officer of the City.
Project Board means an advertisement displaying information with regard to the relevant contractor(s) and / or consultant(s) involved in the construction project and displayed on the construction site.
Board of Appeals means the local board of appeals as created by local ordinance.
Relevant Supervisory Consent means, in relation to any redemption or purchase of the Notes, any required permission of the Relevant Regulator applicable to the Company or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, Relevant Supervisory Consent will not be required if either (i) none of the Debt Securities qualify as part of the Issuer’s regulatory capital, or own funds and eligible liabilities or loss absorbing capacity instruments, as the case may be, each pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations, (ii) the relevant Debt Securities are repurchased for market-making purposes in accordance with any permission given by the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission or (iii) the relevant Debt Securities are being redeemed or repurchased pursuant to any general prior permission granted by the Relevant Regulator or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable) pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission.
County board means a county board of developmental disabilities.
Board of Studies means the Board of Studies of the University;
District board means the board of directors of the district.
Community supervision means an order of disposition by the

Assistant Superintendent means the assistant superintendent to whom the supervisor reports. If the supervisor is an assistant superintendent, the associate superintendent will serve as the assistant superintendent.
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
Board office means the office of the administrative staff of each professional licensing board.
Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Group supervision means the process of clinical supervision of no more than six persons in a group setting provided by a qualified supervisor.
Board of Review or “board” means the state building code board of review created by Iowa Code section 103A.15. The three members of the board of review are appointed by the building code commissioner from among the membership of the building code advisory council.
Governing Council means the Governing Council of the University;
National Board means the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, (NB) 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43229, whose membership is composed of the Chief Boiler Inspectors of jurisdictions who are charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the ASME Code.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Governing body means the board of county commissioners or a county council if a county; the legislative authority if a municipal corporation; or the board of township trustees if a township; the board of directors if a sanitary district; or the board of trustees if a regional water and sewer district.
