Board Year definition

Board Year means the period commencing immediately after the closure of the annual general meeting of the Society in any given year and concluding at the closure of the annual general meeting of the Society in the following year;
Board Year means the term of service for a member of the Board commencing upon election or re-election at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders or upon appointment of a Director during a calendar year, and ending at the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Board Year means a year beginning with the day on which the annual meeting of the shareholders of the Corporation (the "Shareholders' Meeting") is held, and ending on the day prior to the annual Shareholders' Meeting in the next calendar year.
