Boat Shed definition

Boat Shed means a detached accessory building or structure, which is exclusively designed and intended to only be used for the sheltering of non-motorized watercraft, and may include the storage of equipment strictly accessory and incidental to the use, repair and maintenance of such transportation, and may include the storage of household equipment incidental to the residential use permitted on the lot, but shall not include any areas for sleeping, cooking, plumbing, sanitary facilities or human habitation.”
Boat Shed means a building or other structure, associated with a private residence, that is used for the storage and routine maintenance of one or more boats, and includes any skid used in connection with any such building or other structure.
Boat Shed means the boat shed proposed to be constructed by or on behalf of the State within the Agreement Area.
