Body mechanics definition

Body mechanics means the use of the muscle and skeletal systems during activity and when positioning the body for work tasks, given that the task is within the limits of worker capability when assisting in the movement, positioning and transfer of clients.
Body mechanics means use of the muscles of the body and the skeletal system in such a way as to avoid injury or strain when assisting in the movement, positioning and transfer of a cli- ent.
