BOMA Measurement Standard definition

BOMA Measurement Standard. With respect to any Demised Premises as of any date of determination, the then current Standard Methods of Measurement from the Building Owners and Managers Association International, as the same is applicable to the particular use of such Demised Premises as of such date of determination.
BOMA Measurement Standard means the 2010 BOMA Standard Method of Measurement ANSI-Z 65.1 2010.
BOMA Measurement Standard or “BOMA” means the Building Owners and Managers Association Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Building (BOMA/ANSI Z65.1-2010) for rentable floor area.

  • Within thirty (30) days after completion of the Office Space Improvements, Landlord shall cause Landlord's architect to measure the rentable square footage of the Demised Premises in accordance with the BOMA Measurement Standard (which shall take into account the Building loss factor) and to certify the same to Landlord and Tenant.

  • Such final measurements shall be: (i) set forth on the Declaration of Delivery, (ii) determined based on the actual measurement of the Project Architect, (iii) in accordance with the BOMA Measurement Standard, and (iv) subject to approval by the District.

  • Categorical pretreatment standard means any national pretreatment standard specifying quantities or concentrations of pollutants or pollutant properties which may be discharged to a POTW by existing or new industrial users in specific industrial subcategories, promulgated by the administrator in accordance with section 307 of the act and established under 40 C.F.R. chapter I, subchapter N.

  • Operating parameter value means a minimum or maximum value established for a control device or process parameter that, if achieved by itself or in combination with one (1) or more other operating parameter values, determines that an owner or operator has complied with an applicable emission limit.

  • Preventive measures means any reasonable measures taken by any person after an incident has occurred to prevent or minimize pollution damage.

  • Corrective Measure means a measure as defined in Article 3, point 16, of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020;

  • Instantaneous flow measurement means the flow measured during the minimum time required for the flow-measuring device or method to produce a result in that instance. To the extent practical, instantaneous flow measurements coincide with the collection of any grab samples required for the same sampling period so that together the samples and flow are representative of the discharge during that sampling period.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.

  • Measurement means metered volumes at a custody transfer meter through a turbine, Coriolis, or such other meter.

  • Ambient air quality standard means an established concentration, exposure time, and frequency of occurrence of air contaminant(s) in the ambient air which shall not be exceeded.

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester or any other Law, directive, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Authority (including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization) in each case in connection with, related to or in response to COVID-19, including the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) or any changes thereto.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system or "CPMS" means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this chapter, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, oxygen or carbon dioxide concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value on a continuous basis.

  • Acceptance Criteria means the Specifications, goals, performance measures, testing results and/or other criteria designated by the Agency and against which the Deliverables may be evaluated for purposes of Acceptance or Non-acceptance thereof.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Pretreatment standards means any standards of performance or other requirements imposed by

  • ASAM criteria means admission, continued service, transfer, and discharge criteria for the treatment of substance use disorders as published by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

  • Supportive measures means individualized services that are offered to the complainant or the respondent designed to restore or preserve equal access to the District’s education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party. The supportive measures must be non-disciplinary and non-punitive in nature; offered before or after the filing of a formal complaint or where no formal complaint has been filed; and offered to either party as appropriate, as reasonably available, and without fee or charge. Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to: measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment; counseling; extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments; modifications of work or class schedules; campus escort services; mutual restrictions on contact between the parties; changes in work or class locations; leaves of absence; and increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Contract Standard means such standard as complies in each and every respect with all relevant provisions of the Contract;

  • Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.
