Bonus Units definition

Bonus Units means the Units issued, on distribution of the distributable income, in the form of a stock dividend.
Bonus Units means the Units issued instead of cash dividend on distribution of the distributable income.
Bonus Units means the additional Units a Unitholder is entitled to receive in payment of a distribution equal to 5% of each distribution that was reinvested by the Unitholder under the terms of the DRIP.
