Booking Code definition

Booking Code means a unique identification number, issued by Virgin Australia, which identifies your booking through our booking system on the Virgin Australia Website or through our GCC.
Booking Code means a unique identification number, issued by the Airline, which identifies you booking through our booking system on the Virgin Australia Group Website or our Guest Contact Centre.

Examples of Booking Code in a sentence

  • Your Booking Code cannot be entered retrospectively after a ticket has been issued.

  • You must include your Booking Code in the booking in order to be eligible for the Fare Advantage Discount.

  • You warrant and accept that all bookings made using the Booking Code are to your account, and you will pay Virgin Australia for all bookings made with your Booking Code.

  • In addition to any other rights we may have at law, we may suspend or cancel the use of your Booking Code immediately in the event of a breach of any clause of this Agreement (including Payment Default).

  • If you accumulate a minimum of AUD/NZD$2,000 Flown Expenditure on your Booking Code within three months of the Commencement Date of this Agreement, we will procure Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships for two of your employees, who you nominate to receive this benefit and who agree to be contacted by Virgin Australia.

  • Provided that you continue to meet the eligibility requirements for a Booking Code, Virgin Australia will give you a Booking Code (or Codes) which will enable you or your TMC to book through the Virgin Australia Website, Virgin Australia Business Portal, online booking tool with API connectivity, GDS or GCC.

  • How You will receive the Benefits To receive the Benefits as a SmartFLY member:(a) Your total annual Eligible Expenditure must satisfy the Eligibility Criteria; and(b) Virgin Australia will give Us Your Booking Code and Rebate Account Code to book and pay for Domestic Air Travel Services (and International Air Travel Services) with an Approved Booking Entity in accordance with the relevant Booking Terms and Conditions.

  • Bookings will only count as Flown Expenditure or Eligible Expenditure if made with your Booking Code during the Term.

  • IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • SIC code means “Standard Industrial Classification code,” as assigned to a site by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, based on the particular activities that occur on the site, as set forth in its publication “Standard Industrial Classification Manual,” incorporated by reference in Section 720.111(a).

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;

  • Metering Code means the Metering Code prepared by the Board andapproved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval of, or at the instance of, the Commission;

  • European Data Protection Laws means the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and data protection laws of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and their member states and the FADP.

  • Data Protection Law means the applicable legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons and their right to privacy with regard to the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement (and includes, as far as it concerns the relationship between the parties regarding the processing of Personal Data by SAP on behalf of Customer, the GDPR as a minimum standard, irrespective of whether the Personal Data is subject to GDPR or not).

  • IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • EU Data Protection Law means (i) prior to 25 May 2018, Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data ("Directive") and on and after 25 May 2018, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"); and (ii) Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of Personal Data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector and applicable national implementations of it (as may be amended, superseded or replaced).

  • Data Protection Requirements means all Requirements of Law, to the extent applicable to the items and services provided by the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary, relating to the privacy and security of information technology assets and equipment, computers, systems, networks, hardware, software, websites, applications, and databases and personal, personally identifiable, sensitive, confidential or regulated data and, in each case, to the protection thereof from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.

  • Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

  • Dodd-Frank Act means the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

  • QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;

  • the applicable data protection law means the legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and, in particular, their right to privacy with respect to the processing of personal data applicable to a data controller in the Member State in which the data exporter is established;

  • EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;

  • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;

  • Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.

  • Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.
