Examples of Books and Records of the Association in a sentence
The Association shall make available for inspection upon request, during normal business hours or under other reasonable circumstances to Owners, Mortgagees, prospective purchasers and their prospective Mortgagees, and Declarant, and the agents or attorneys of any of them, current copies of the Books and Records of the Association.
The Declarant has the right, whether or not it owns any Units in the Community to have access to the Books and Records of the Association to the same extent as a Unit Owner, including without limitation, pursuant to this Declaration.
The Books and Records of the Association, including the minutes of all membership meetings, and meetings of the Board of Directors, all budgets, financial reviews/audits and other financial records, as well as contracts with any management company and/or attorneys, and all contractors and/or suppliers will be available for inspection during normal business hours by any member(s) of the Association.
If the record is incomplete, the Title IX Coordinator/Decision-maker may direct a re-opening of the investigation, or may direct or conduct any additional inquiry necessary, including informally meeting with the parties or any witnesses, if needed.
In addition to Members access to Books and Records of the Association, the Annual Financial Statements are to be made available to all Members at the Annual General Meeting.
Every Director shall, at appropriate times, have the right to inspect the Books and Records of the Association.
Association members shall have the right to inspect the Books and Records of the Association upon reasonable notice in writing being given to the Officer or Officers having charge of such Books and Records.
