Books and Records of the Association definition

Books and Records of the Association means the books and records that the Association is required to maintain pursuant to Section 320 of the CIC Act.
Books and Records of the Association means the books and records that the Association is required to maintain pursuant to RCW 64.90.495.

  • The Association shall make available for inspection upon request, during normal business hours or under other reasonable circumstances to Owners, Mortgagees, prospective purchasers and their prospective Mortgagees, and Declarant, and the agents or attorneys of any of them, current copies of the Books and Records of the Association.

  • The Declarant has the right, whether or not it owns any Units in the Community to have access to the Books and Records of the Association to the same extent as a Unit Owner, including without limitation, pursuant to this Declaration.

  • Every Director shall, at appropriate times, have the right to inspect the Books and Records of the Association.

  • Association members shall have the right to inspect the Books and Records of the Association upon reasonable notice in writing being given to the Officer or Officers having charge of such Books and Records.

  • Section 13.6. Right to Examine Books and Records of the Association.

  • The Association shall make available for inspection upon request, during normal business hours or under other reasonable circumstances to Owners, Mortgagees, prospective purchasers and their prospective Mortgagees, and Declarant pursuant to Article 12, and the agents or attorneys of any of them, current copies of the Books and Records of the Association.

Related to Books and Records of the Association

  • Books and Records means all books, records, board minutes, contracts, licenses, insurance policies, environmental audits, business plans, files, computer files, computer discs and other data and software storage and media devices, accounting books and records, financial statements (actual and pro forma), filings with Governmental Authorities and any and all records and instruments relating to the Collateral or otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or the realization thereupon.

  • Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Accounting Records means the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules which support the general ledger balances.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Student athlete means an individual who engages in, is eligible to engage in, or may be eligible in the future to engage in, any intercollegiate sport. If an individual is permanently ineligible to participate in a particular intercollegiate sport, the individual is not a student athlete for purposes of that sport.

  • Community center means a center established under Subchapter A, Chapter 534.
