Borrower Location definition

Borrower Location means each location or site at which Borrower conducts its operations or maintains its business or any of the Collateral, including without limitation each of the locations identified on Schedule 5.10.
Borrower Location means Canada, the jurisdiction under whose laws Borrower is organized.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs.
