Borrower Security Agreements definition

Borrower Security Agreements means, where the context requires, all such security agreements, collectively.
Borrower Security Agreements means, collectively, that certain Amended and Restated Borrower Security Agreement dated as of September 20, 1996 between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, or any other similar agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.
