Borrowing Base Cash. Unrestricted Cash held by the Loan Parties in the Borrowing Base Account.
Borrowing Base Cash means 100% of the cash and Cash Equivalents included in the Borrowing Base pursuant to the provisions of clause (d) of the definition of Borrowing Base.
Borrowing Base Cash means the Cash and Cash Equivalent of Borrower that is to be made subject to the liens created by certain of the Security Instruments to secure the Obligations, which initial Borrowing Base Cash is described in Schedule 1.01(b) attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with such additional Cash and Cash Equivalent as is subsequently added to the Borrowing Base Properties pursuant to Section 2.11.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower may not request, and Agent shall not be required to, release, as of any date, Secured Borrowing Base Cash from the Secured Borrowing Base in an amount less than $1,000,000 and any $10,000 increments in excess thereof, with such increments being calculated by rounding down to the nearest multiple of $10,000.

  • No amounts may be withdrawn from the Borrowing Base Cash Account without the consent of Agent.
