Boundary Roads definition

Boundary Roads are shared Highways between Municipalities in accordance with the Municipal Act Section 29 and as identified in Schedule A and B attached hereto.
Boundary Roads means and refer to any through street which is divided longitudinally or laterally by a municipal boundary.
Boundary Roads means the roads depicted on the map in Schedule “C”, as more particularly described in the legal description in Schedule “D”.
