Branch Representative definition

Branch Representative means a representative nominated according to Article 53;
Branch Representative means: such person who acts as a Branch representative to the Association and member of the National Council as referred to in Rule 11 and who is duly elected or appointed to such position in accordance with the constitution of the relevant Branch; and, such person who is duly appointed by a Branch to represent that Branch at a general meeting.
Branch Representative means the elected or appointed representative of a Branch to the Board of Directors (c);
