Breach Rule definition

Breach Rule means the Notification in the Case of Breach of Unsecured PHI Standards at 45 C.F.R. § 164, subpart D.
Breach Rule means the federal breach regulations, as amended from time to time, issued pursuant to HIPAA and codified at 45 C.F.R. Part 164 (Subpart D).
Breach Rule means the requirements for Notification in case of Breach of Unsecured Protected Health Information at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and D.
