BREP Unit definition

BREP Unit is a Unit (as that term is defined in the BREP Partnership Agreement) in BREP;
BREP Unit are each an Equity Unit (as that term is defined in the BEP Partnership Agreement) in BEP;

  • Subject to Section 8.2, the “Redemption Amount” shall be the product of (i) the Market Value of one BREP Unit multiplied by the number of Redemption-Exchange Units specified in a Redemption Notice to be redeemed and (ii) the Exchange Ratio.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.

  • Said Unit means the said Flat, the said Vehicle Parking Space, (if any), and the right of common use of the Common Portions and wherever the context so intends or permits, shall also include the Said Undivided Share.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • Deemed Partnership Interest Value means, as of any date with respect to any class of Partnership Interests, the Deemed Value of the Partnership Interests of such class multiplied by the applicable Partner's Percentage Interest of such class.

  • OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.

  • Partnership Interest means an interest in the Partnership, which shall include the General Partner Interest and Limited Partner Interests.

  • Fund Share means the share, unit, or other evidence of ownership in a Permissible Investment.
