Examples of BTMU Roles in a sentence

  • Without limiting the generality of Sections 11.1 and 11.8, each of the Agents and Gotham hereby acknowledges and consents to any and all BTMU Roles and agrees that in connection with any BTMU Role, BTMU may take, or refrain from taking, any action which it, in its discretion, deems appropriate, including, without limitation, in its role as administrator of Gotham, the giving of notice to the Gotham Liquidity Banks of a mandatory purchase pursuant to the Gotham Liquidity Agreement.

  • Without limiting the generality of this Section 14.13, each Purchaser and each Purchaser Agent hereby acknowledges and consents to any and all BTMU Roles and agrees that in connection with any BTMU Role, BTMU may take, or refrain from taking, any action that it, in its discretion, deems appropriate, including, without limitation, in its role as administrative agent for the BTMU Conduit.

  • Except as provided in division (B) of this section, the board of county commissioners shall provide a special room not used for the trial of criminal or adult cases, when available, for the hearing of the cases of dependent, neglected, abused, and delinquent children.

  • BTMU means The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.

  • Home and community-based services or "HCBS" means Home and Community-Based Services as defined in OAR chapter 411, division 004.

  • CIBC means Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

  • CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague

  • CSD means the Issuer’s central securities depository and registrar in respect of the Bonds, from time to time, initially Euroclear Sweden AB, Swedish Reg. No. 556112-8074,P.O. Box 191, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden.

  • Fortis means Fortis Inc.;

  • Rabobank means Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., New York Branch.

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.

  • CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

  • Target Audience means users on the Criteo Network who will be targeted with relevant performance advertising Product Ads based on the Criteo Technology.

  • MUFG means MUFG Bank, Ltd.

  • EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • BNP has the meaning assigned to such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

  • CGMI means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

  • Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
