Examples of BTMU Roles in a sentence

  • Without limiting the generality of this Section 14.13(a), each Purchaser and Managing Agent hereby acknowledges and consents to any and all BTMU Roles and agrees that in connection with any BTMU Role, BTMU may take, or refrain from taking, any action that it, in its discretion, deems appropriate, including, without limitation, in its role as administrative agent for Victory.

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • CGMI means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

  • Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
