CSD definition

CSD means the Issuer’s central securities depository and registrar in respect of the Bonds, from time to time, initially Euroclear Sweden AB, Swedish Reg. No. 556112-8074,P.O. Box 191, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden.
CSD means the central securities depository in which the Bonds are registered, being Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS).
CSD means the Issuer’s central securities depository and registrar in respect of the Notes, Euroclear Sweden AB, Swedish Reg. No. 556112-8074, P.O. Box 191, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, or another party replacing it, as CSD, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Examples of CSD in a sentence

  • The notice convening the Bondholders' Meeting shall be sent to all Bondholders registered in the CSD at the time the notice is sent from the CSD.

  • Trunk groups configured for 64CCC and not used to carry CSD ISDN calls shall carry a different appropriate Trunk Type Modifier in the CLCI-Message code.

  • The communication instigating a Written Procedure shall be sent to the Bondholders registered in the CSD at the time the communication is sent from the CSD and published on the Trustee's website, or other relevant electronic platform or via press release.

  • Accordingly, the Bonds will be registered in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Register Act and the regulations of the CSD.

  • Trunk groups configured for 64CCC and carrying Circuit Switched Data (CSD) ISDN calls shall carry the appropriate Trunk Type Modifier in the CLCI-Message code.

CSD means any institution authorized under the applicable law to effect book-entry transfers of securities of Korean corporations, which may include Korea Securities Depository.
