Budget Representative definition

Budget Representative means a Contracting Officer. Any increase to the Budget shall only be effective if such authorization is signed by the Budget Representative. For the avoidance of doubt and as more fully set forth herein, the A/E further understands and agrees that it will manage its work in accordance with the Budget Requirements set forth herein.
