Buildable lot definition

Buildable lot means a lot meeting all of the requirements of size, shape, frontage, sanitation, etc., contained in this title and other ordinances of the city for any specific type of development.
Buildable lot means an individual lot within a Final Map for which a building permit may be issued without further subdivision of such lot.
Buildable lot means an individual lot, within a Final Subdivision Map or an area expected by CFD No. 57 to become Final Mapped Property, such as the area within a Tentative Tract Map, for which a building permit may be issued without further subdivision of such lot.
