Building Articulation definition

Building Articulation means the division of a building
Building Articulation. A high level of articulation and visual interest is strongly preferred in facades, roof-lines, porches, dormers, and other building features. Usable porches should be a prominent design element in the different building models offered for sale in the project. The design and layout of individual buildings will vary so as to prevent visual monotony within the development.
