Building Commission definition

Building Commission or “Commission” means the State of Wisconsin Building Commission.

More Definitions of Building Commission

Building Commission means the State of Wisconsin Building Commission. "Business Day" means a day on which (a) banks located in Madison, Wisconsin, in New York, New York, and in each of the cities in which the principal office of the Issuing and Paying Agent or the Dealer is located are not required or authorized by law or executive order to close for business, and (b) The New York Stock Exchange is not closed.

Related to Building Commission

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
