Building Lighting means End-User-Equipment lighting affixed to a Commercial/Industrial premises which is classified under the BCA as Class 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10(a) or 10(b) buildings or the Common Area of a BCA Class 2 building.

Building Lighting means lighting built into or mounted to buildings or walls, ceilings, eaves, or other locations for the purpose of providing decorative illumination, area illumination, general illumination, or security illumination for select and specific locations. Building lighting must be directed downward away from adjacent building envelopes and common areas. All wall-mounted decorative fixtures must be of a sconce-type configuration, with complete shielding of the bulb. All other decorative fixtures (ceilings, eaves or other locations) will be reviewed on a design specific basis (holiday lighting under section 4).

Related to Building Lighting

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
