Bulk Compound definition

Bulk Compound means the bulk drug or active pharmaceutical ingredient of Client Product, in bulk form, supplied by Client.

  • Purchaser shall supply the Bulk Compound (together with the appropriate certificate of analysis) to Aventis without charge and shall bear all freight charges and risk of loss in transit.

  • Until such time as the API Supply Agreement has been assigned to Purchaser, Purchaser shall not be permitted to source Bulk Compound from any third party for use in the Product without the prior written consent of Aventis.
