Bunker Confirmation definition

Bunker Confirmation means the Seller’s written confirmation of each sale and delivery of Marine Fuels.

Bunker Confirmation means a confirmation in writing from the Seller to the Buyer setting forth the particular terms of each sale of Bunker Fuel.

• The Buyer shall make the Vessel available for delivery within the agreed delivery period set out in the Bunker Confirmation.

Bunker Confirmation means the email confirmation as issued by the Seller and forwarded to the Buyer to conclude the negotiated sale and purchase of the Bunkers. In case of a conflict between the Nomination and the Bunker Confirmation, unless the Seller otherwise agrees in writing, the wording and content of the Bunker Confirmation shall prevail.
