Burn Rate definition

Burn Rate means the number of Options issued by the Company each year, expressed as a percentage of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company at the end of the fiscal year;
Burn Rate means, as of any date of determination, the average monthly net decrease in cash used in operating activities for the most recently reported quarter, as reported by the most recently published Annual Report on Form 10- K or Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q by the Company.
Burn Rate means the sum of the number of shares subject to time-vesting equity awards granted and the number of performance-vesting shares earned in the fiscal year (using a 1.5x multiplier for each RSU or PSU award), divided by basic weighted average common shares outstanding during the fiscal year.

Burn Rate shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a) hereof.
Burn Rate means a measure of dilution as further set forth in Section 7(c).

(ii) “Extraordinary Advertising Expenditures Certification” means a written certification executed by the Chief Executive Officer of Ganeden which details any Extraordinary Advertising Expenses incurred by Ganeden for a particular fiscal quarter, certifying that such expenses are Extraordinary Advertising Expenses and which is delivered to Licensee prior to or concurrent with the delivery of the applicable financial statements for the period in which such Extraordinary Advertising Expenses are incurred.
Burn Rate means the rate at which an entity uses up its capital to finance overhead (excluding interest payments on outstanding debt) before generating positive cash flow from operations (i.e., a measure of negative cash flow).
Burn Rate means Borrower’s net profit/net loss plus depreciation plus amortization plus stock-based compensation measured on a trailing three month basis commencing with the three month period ending September 30, 2019 and each rolling three month period ending thereafter.
