Bushfire Prone Area definition

Bushfire Prone Area means a bushfire prone special control area shown on the Scheme Map as BPA and certified by the Fire and Emergency Services Commissioner;
Bushfire Prone Area means an area designated as being in a bushfire prone area by an order made under section 18P of the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998, and that has been so designated for a period of at least four months.
Bushfire Prone Area means an area of land mapped for the purposes and consideration of bushfire protection through a Local Planning Scheme and which triggers the operation of AS3959-2009.
