Business Fee Schedule definition

Business Fee Schedule means the Schedule of Business Fees & Service Charges, which is available on our Website and in printed form upon request at your local branch.
Business Fee Schedule means the Schedule of Business Fees & Service Charges and the Schedule of Analyzed Fees and Services, as amended from time to time, available at Bank branches. “Calendar Day” means every day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

  • Closing Date Business Plan means the set of Projections of Borrowers for the 3 year period following the Closing Date (on a year by year basis, and for the 1 year period following the Closing Date, on a month by month basis), in form and substance (including as to scope and underlying assumptions) satisfactory to Agent.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;
