Business Manager Consent definition

Business Manager Consent means the consent granted by any of Business Manager's representatives to the Policy Board. When any provision of this Management Services Agreement requires Business Manager Consent, such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and shall be binding on Business Manager.
